Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print for convenient domestic returns.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and shipping carton, affix the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned timepiece for quality assurance; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
