Where are Vaer watches assembled?
We take pride in our diverse assembly process. While many of our premium models are assembled in the USA by our skilled team in Los Angeles, we also partner with expert watchmakers in Switzerland for our Swiss-made collections to ensure the highest horological standards.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Vaer watch comes with a guaranteed 2-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing or mechanical defects under normal use, giving you peace of mind for all your adventures.
Are Vaer watches waterproof?
Yes, all our watches are designed for active use. Most models feature a 10ATM (100m) or 20ATM (200m) depth rating and include a screw-down crown to ensure maximum water resistance for swimming, surfing, and diving.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within the USA typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Can I change the straps on my watch?
Absolutely. All Vaer watches feature standard lug widths and quick-release spring bars, making it incredibly easy to swap between our leather, nylon, and stainless steel bands without any tools.
